Before you place the order, ensure that you have followed these four aspects. 
1. Read and understand the policies and conditions of the site.
2. Get the complete contact address of the site/vendor.
3. Keep a copy of the Terms and conditions of any order.
4. Get the feel of the reviews made by earlier users of the site/product.

After receiving  the goods and if you are not satisfied , ensure the following.

1. Contact the company/vendor by phone or email or post and lodge a complaint .
2. Have written evidence always, by putting all that you made as in point 1.
3. Even if no response is found, prefer a complaint with the concerned Consumer forum.
